1. Hi, and welcome!
In this demo, we’ll explore how data fields are entered manually in SAP Fiori — and then see how WalkMe automates the same process seamlessly.
Let’s get started in Simulation Mode.

2. Let’s start by looking at how Purchase Order header fields are entered manually.
Click on the “Manage Purchase Orders” tile to open the application.

3. To create a new Purchase Order, click the Create button.

4. Click on the Purchasing Group field to enter it manually.

5. Please enter the Purchasing Group 001

6. Click on the Purchasing Organization

7. Please enter the Purchasing Organization SGC1.

8. Type the Company Code manually if not fetched, for example SGC1.

9. Notice that each field must be filled manually — this is time-consuming process and prone to mistakes.

10. Let’s see how SAP WalkMe transforms this manual process into a fully automated one.

11. In the SAP Fiori Launchpad, you’ll see a new Create PO Directly button — added by WalkMe for quick access.
Click it to start the process.
The Smart Walk-Thru launches automatically, completing each step and filling in fields without manual effort.

12. With WalkMe automation, the Manage Purchase Orders app opens automatically.
WalkMe even clicks the Create button on its own to start a new Purchase Order — eliminating the need for any manual navigation.

13. WalkMe auto-fills the Purchasing Organization, Purchasing Group, and Company Code fields instantly. A Balloon Guide appears for the Supplier field. Enter the Supplier Name SGC1_V017 and wait for the data to sync.

14. Thats it, all header details are already filled in correctly. The user simply reviews and proceeds. Compared to the manual process, WalkMe reduces clicks, typing, and error chances — making header data entry faster and more reliable

15. This demo demonstrates how WalkMe automates everyday SAP Fiori processes — saving time, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy.
