🔹 Purpose:

Enable goods issue (261) and goods receipt (521) postings to an Internal Order (IO), ensuring proper profit center derivation and settlement setup in SAP CO.

🔹 Key Setup Steps:

1. Internal Order Setup (KO01/KO02):

• • Assign Cost Center or direct Profit Center
  • Enables automatic profit center derivation

1. Settlement Rule (KO02):

• • Define receiver (Cost Center, Asset, etc.)
  • Ensure Settlement Profile is assigned

1. Profit Center Derivation:

• • GI 261: Derived from IO or Cost Center
  • GR 521: Derived from IO or Material Master
  • Settlement: Profit center from receiver object

1. Posting Movements:

• MIGO with:
  • 261 movement for goods issue to IO
  • 521 movement for goods receipt to IO

1. Settlement Execution (KO88):

• • Transfers IO costs to final receiver
  • Updates profit center postings accordingly
